I love it and the price is seriously right at $154.99.  

Plus its from Overstock so shipping is only $2.95.

And correct me if I'm wrong, but this is basically the exact same table from Pottery Barn.

But the price tag on this one says $299.00 plus their ungodly shipping charges 

that includes an additional surcharge of $20 on top of regular shipping charges.
